In today's blog, I'm going to write about obesity and weight loss. A lot of us actually suffers from overweight.
Obesity is not good for your health it's so risky, you could suffer from liver disease, heart disease, several types of cancer, etc.
If you want to lose weight then here are some tips that some of them I actually use to lose weight
1) I'm not going to say don't eat fast food because all of us adore the fast food so make one day only in the week to eat fast food.
2)if you don't have money to go to gym then I would highly recommend 30 day fitness challenge app it's a very good app and I personally use it
3) open the song that you love and begin dancing on it or you could open the YouTube, get a Zumba video and dance for 30 minutes
4) drink water or green tea after every meal you eat, green tea really help in losing weight.
5) don't eat a lot of snacks it helps in gaining weight
6)don't drink A lot of fizzy drinks
7) use coconut oil instead of the other oils ( seriously coconut oil is useful in everything)
8) run every day it doesn't matter how much time you run, the most important thing is to run, and if you are shy or don't know any places to run or anything that can't make you run in the streets then run in your house...yes don't be surprised run all over the house from your room to the door's house to the kitchen to the bathroom to the dining run, run everywhere in the house.
9)treat yourself... every time you lose weight even if you lose 1kg only you can buy yourself new clothes or your friends and family could buy you presents, clothes, some things you love.
10) make losing weight your goal cause if you want something you will do it
11) MY FAVOURITE ONE !!!! SLEEP.... yes sleeping is useful for losing weight too, you should sleep A lot but not 24/7 of course.
12) don't eat a lot of things that includes a lot of sugar
13) eat spicy food... but if you are not a big fan of it like me, then don't do it
14) if you can't run or not a bit fan of running then simply walk if you're going to school, the market, any place that gets from 30 minutes to 1 hour you can walk it
